Policy Procedures

These policies and procedures aim to ensure the smooth operation of the salon, respect for your time, and a positive experience for clients and staff.

Before Appointment: We do NOT accept cash. We do NOT keep cash on the premises. No large bags or extra bags allowed due to limited space. Please confirm your appointment 48 hrs before your appointment. Please read service descriptions when booking appointments.

Some of the services are add-ons and must be paired with a finishing style. 

Tangled hair incurs a $35 up-charge per half hour. Service can be denied if it is too time consuming. If further elaboration is needed, please contact salon.

All previous styles must be taken down before appointment; no exceptions. Service may be denied.

No color services are provided on first-time clients. Clients cannot get color until after 3rd appointment. Color consultations are required for major color changes.

Date of Appointment: Recording your appointment has restrictions. Please ask your stylist for details. Before and after photos are permitted. Clients with early morning appointment, please wait in your car until service time. You can help yourself to complimentary drinks. Request assistance if needed. Keep all belongings with you. We have a cabinet space for purses.

No large meals: only small snacks permitted. If your food has a strong odor, please refrain from bringing it to appointment. 

Late Fees: Being 15 minutes late incurs a $35 late fee, as it affects your stylist and other clients' time. If more than 15 mins late, there's a possibility your appointment could be canceled. In the event we are still able to service you, you will be charged a $35 late fee.

Unpaid Late Fees: Will cause you from scheduling future appointments. 

Other Restrictions: Use of phones for loud conversations is not permitted in the salon. We ask that you be mindful of others.

Guest Policy: Please refrain from bringing additional guests due to limited space.

The salon reserves the right to deny service to sick clients.

To book your next appointment during service, simply text (954) 905-1813 or book at the time of checkout. 

Children: Kids being serviced under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents do not drop off your child for service. Please be mindful of child’s noise level and behavior during service. If your child is 15 or older, please speak to their stylist before you leave the salon, if you're dropping them off. If a child cannot sit still for the service, the service may be discontinued.
