- Cancellations need to be done within 48 hours via email info@hydrabarsalon.com.
- If you must cancel or reschedule please do within 48 hours.
- Deposits are non-refundable if not cancelled within 48 hours.
- After 2 no call no shows, you are no longer a Hydra Bar Client.
- Clients must be 15 years of age or older to receive salon services. Parental consent and a completed booking request for clients under the age of 18 is required.
- Keep in mind, service prices can go up depending on how long it takes to do your hair. If your hair exceeds over 2 hours (excluding dryer time) there may be a price increase.
- All previous styles must be taken out or we will charge extra.
- APPOINTMENTS LASTING OVER 3 HRS ARE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE OF $100/HR - WE DO NOT TAKE DOWN PREVIOUS HAIR STYLES. COME PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN YOU BEING REQUIRED TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE WITH FEES.
- You may schedule with any stylist (we are not like that) or you can stay with the same stylist. We want you to do what’s most convenient and comfortable for you. ALL the stylists at Hydra Bar are well trained by Master Hydration Stylist Rhonda.
- Appointments must be confirmed or they will result in a cancellation.
- We want to give all of you an awesome experience, so anyone 15 mins late will NOT be serviced. We just want to respect everyone’s time. We like to get our clients out in a timely matter. It’s not fair to our other clients who were able to make it on time. So please be on time. Any deposit will be forfeit.
We are pleased to provide the convenience of our online booking system to our returning clients. The only way to book an appointment with us is online. New clients must complete a quick questionnaire to schedule their first appointment with us.
