SALON POLICIES

COVID-19 UPDATES

Your health and the health of our stylists is very important so we're committing to the following extra safety precautions to ensure the safety of everyone.

  • All Clients Must have temperature checked upon Arrival from car in parking lot and Sign Waiver before Entering Salon.
  • If you have recently traveled on a plane or train please stay home for at least 2 weeks before you book an appointment.
  • We have invested in a new air filtration system to filter the air in the salon.
  • Please! Wash and sanitize hands upon entering the salon.
  • NO Extra Guests Please! (Includes: Children)
  • NO Extra Bags Or Outside Belongings (Ex: food, water canteens etc..)
  • If you are sick at all including colds or allergies please stay home. Don’t worry about any fees we will take care of it.
  • For clients that have missed the previous appointments due to Covid-19, please be sure to reach out via Phone at (954) 507-3822 or via Email at info@hydrabarsalon.com for priority rebooking.

SALON POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Cancellations need to be done within 48 hours via email info@hydrabarsalon.com.
  • If you must cancel or reschedule please do within 48 hours.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if not cancelled within 48 hours.
  • After 2 no call no shows, you are no longer a Hydra Bar Client.
  • Clients must be 15 years of age or older to receive salon services. Parental consent and a completed booking request for clients under the age of 18 is required. 
  • Keep in mind, service prices can go up depending on how long it takes to do your hair. If your hair exceeds over 2 hours (excluding dryer time) there may be a price increase.
  • All previous styles must be taken out or we will charge extra.
  • You may schedule with any stylist (we are not like that) or you can stay with the same stylist. We want you to do what’s most convenient and comfortable for you. ALL the stylists at Hydra Bar are well trained by Master Hydration Stylist Rhonda.
  • We want to give all of you an awesome experience, so anyone 15 mins late will NOT be serviced. We just want to respect everyone’s time. We like to get our clients out in a timely matter. It’s not fair to our other clients who were able to make it on time. So please be on time. Any deposit will be forfeit.

We are pleased to provide the convenience of our online booking system to our returning clients. The only way to book an appointment with us is online. New clients must complete a quick questionnaire to schedule their first appointment with us.
