Policies & Procedures

These policies and procedures aim to ensure the smooth operation of the salon, respect for time, and a positive experience for both the clients and staff.

Before Appointment

  • We do except cash. We do NOT keep cash on the premises.
  • No large bags or extra bags are allowed.
  • Due to high volume, we ask that you please confirm your appointment 48 hrs before your appointment or it will be cancelled.
  • Eating large meals is not allowed; only small snacks. If your food has a strong odor we kindly ask for the sake of your peers you refrain from eating them in the salon.
  • Keep your belongings with you, please do not leave them in the food bar, or anywhere else lingering in the salon.
  • We do offer a cabinet space for purses.
  • Being 15 minutes late incurs a $35 late fee, as it affects the stylist’s and other clients’ time.
  • If your over 15mins late for your appointment there is a posibility your appointment can be cancelled. In the event we are still able to service you , you will be charged a $35 late fee. Unpaid late fees will prevent you from scheduling future appointments.
  • Please read service descriptions when booking appointments. Some of the services are add on’s and must be paired with a finishing style.

Children

  • Kids being serviced under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents do not drop off your children for service. Parents please be mindful of your child’s noise level and behavior during their service.
  • Children ages 15 and up , please speak to your stylist before you leave the salon if you are dropping them off. The salon reserves the right to deny service to sick clients
  • Use of phones for loud conversations is not permitted in the salon especially under the dryer. Please be mindful of others
  • Please refrain from bringing additional guests due to space constraints.
  • If a child cannot sit still for the service, the service may be discontinued.

Date of Appointment

  • Tangled hair incurs a $35 up charge per half hour, and please keep in mind services can be denied if it is too time consuming. (If further elaboration is needed please contact the salon)
  • All previous styles must be taken down before the appointment; no exceptions. Service may be denied.
  • The salon opens daily at 9 am. Clients with appointments scheduled for 8:30 am , please wait in your car until 8:30 am.
  • No color services are provided on first-time clients. Client can’t get color until after 3rd appointment. Color consultations are required for major color changes.
  • Recording your appointment has restrictions. Please ask your stylist for details. Before and after photos are permitted.
  • Clients should not flag down the receptionist for booking appointments during their service; they will be approached at an appropriate time, or wait to the end of the service.
  • Clients can help themselves to complimentary drinks, request assistance as needed.
